 SAY Carbon Yachts Ibiza, presented by Santa Eulalia Yachting (S.E.Yachting), has put up for sale the SAY 42 „Y“ in Ibiza. This boat is  hull number #004 (Sep 2021 model) and is designed, engineering and manufactured by the German manufacturer SAY Carbon Yachts. 

„Y“ is also stunning to look at, with its striking „Magical Desert“ color scheme and sleek design. Its exterior is made entirely of carbon fiber, providing an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and ensuring optimal performance on the water.

The SAY 42 impresses with its unbeatable performance and low emission consumption at the same time. Thanks to the built-in ultra-low emission engines from Volvo Penta, you can enjoy boating. With a clear conscience! Because the motto here is: low emission consumption – high efficiency.

Weight makes the difference

A SAY 42 (12.96m x 3.99m) weighs way less than comparable models.  In combination with two V8 engines (Volvo Penta, 860 HP), this model consumes only 45 liters of fuel (petrol) per hour at an average speed of 20 knots. That is 50% less than comparable models. Above all, this also means that considerably fewer emissions are emitted!

This enables the carbon yacht to achieve breathtaking accelerations on the water, which you only know from a supercar. That‘s why we call this model „a supercar on the water“.

Inside, the yacht is just as impressive. The interior is finished with the finest materials and features modern amenities for comfort and convenience. A spacious cabin awaits you below deck: a fully equipped bathroom including shower (headroom 1.90m) with fine materials in minimalist style awaits you. Benefit from numerous storage options, as well as an additional refrigerator and a double bed, which complement the comfortable interior.

Stable anchoring

The latest technology has been installed on the SAY 42. In addition to two GARMIN 8416 Independent Displays, a GARMIN VHF 300i and a CZone CAN Bus Control System connected to the GARMIN, this carbon yacht is technically state-of-the-art.

The design concept of the SAY 42 is based on practical boating experience. A lot of storage space has been taken into account, which fits in with the elegant and reduced design. Underneath the seats is storage space for water toys, such as your Seabob or a NautiBuoy Platform – or more drinks 🙂

Favourite spot: the large bathing platform

The unexpectedly large bathing platform on this SAY 42 serves two important purposes: Firstly, it provides stabilisation when cornering. Secondly, it provides an extra place for sunbathing. Thanks to the hydraulic bathing ladder, you get out and into the water elegantly. With a chilled drink in one hand and your feet dangling in the crystal clear water, the bathing platform is one of our favourite places on board.

THE sophisticated day boat for the Balearic Islands

As soon as you step on board the SAY 42, you realise that the design – including the interior – is coherent. As soon as you need a break from the sun, a custom-made bimini shade can be erected in no time at all with 4 carbon poles or the mobile sun canopy can be set up in the cockpit space. A storage space with freshwater access for a Seabob is integrated underneath the large sun lounger. This means you don’t have to carry your water toys all over the boat or store them in the cabin, preventing salt water stains below deck! The carbon teak table can be lowered electronically and converted into another sun lounger in no time with the integrated sun pads. So a total of 12 people on board enjoy a luxurious, comfortable day on board.
